I am trying to enter players on my roster and I cannot find some of my players’ names.

If the player does not have a rating, her name will not appear in the database and you cannot add the player to your team roster.  The pro., who rated the player must send her rating by email to Beth Behrhorst, who will enter the player’s rating in the database. Once that happens, you can access the player in the database and add her to your roster.  If a player had a rating for last year, please notify Beth by email.

How do I submit spelling corrections?
Please send all requests for spelling changes to Beth Behrhorst at bbbehr3@aol.com
Please include:

2. Team Name
3. Your Name and Phone Number in case there is a question

The official team line-ups are available as soon as the rosters are entered on this web site.  Look under "Rosters/Display Teams W/Players". You will only be able to enter players that are included here. This is the same as the official team roster.

We will have forms for Change in Roster and Score Sheet.

I updated a player in my roster and when I view the Display Teams by Division screen the new player does not appear on the team roster.

After you add or delete a player and you want to view the updated list, close the roster entry function and then select one of the following options:

1.  Re-open Roster Entry and click on the desired team to view the updated list.  From this point, you can make another modification, i.e., addition or deletion, if desired.

2.  Open Display Teams with Players and click on the desired team to view the updated list.
